Refund policy

Standard Return Policy (Belgium)

 – Zone 1 Performance Webshop

This return policy applies to purchases made via the Zone 1 Performance webshop (car
parts). It is intended for orders delivered in Belgium.
1) Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Are you a consumer (private individual) and did you place an online order? Then you
have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving
the goods, without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.
• You must notify us of your return within those 14 days. • After notifying us, you have another 14 calendar days to actually send the product
back.


2) Conditions for returns
For a return to be accepted, we ask that:
• the product is unused and has not been installed/mounted • the product is undamaged • the product is complete (including accessories, manuals, labels) • the product is returned in the original packaging (where reasonably possible) • you can provide proof of purchase (order number/invoice)
Please note: parts that have been installed, tested, damaged, or returned incomplete
may result in a reduction of the refund (depreciation) or refusal of the return.


3) Exceptions (non-returnable items)
The following products are generally not eligible for withdrawal/return, where legally
permitted:
• Custom-made or personalized parts • parts that were ordered specifically on request or according to your specifications
(special order) • products that, due to installation/use, can no longer be sold as new • fluids and consumables where the seal/packaging has been opened (e.g., oil, brake
fluid) (if applicable)

4) How to request a return (steps)
Email us at zone1performance@gmail.com with:
• your order number • the item(s) you want to return • (optional) the reason for the return • photos in case of damage or incorrect delivery
You will receive return instructions from us.
Pack the product securely and (if possible) include a copy of your order confirmation.
Send the parcel back within the applicable deadline.


5) Return shipping costs and risk
• Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer.
• The risk of the return shipment (loss/damage during transport) remains with the
customer until the parcel has arrived with us.
• We recommend using a track & trace service.


6) Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return:
• we will refund you within 14 calendar days after your withdrawal notification
• we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods (or until you provide
proof that you have sent them back)
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.
Important: any depreciation due to use/installation may be deducted from the refund
amount.


7) Incorrect or damaged delivery
Did something go wrong (wrong part, shipping damage, missing items)?
• Contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours after delivery) and include
photos.
• We’ll work with you on the fastest solution: replacement, reshipment, or refund.


8) Warranty and conformity
As a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory warranty and conformity rights under
Belgian law.
• A warranty claim is not the same as a withdrawal.
• If a product is defective or non-conforming, we’ll work with you on repair,
replacement, or an appropriate solution.
